We need you:
We are seeking exceptional, driven Learning Technologists (LT) to help us deliver world-class service and sector-leading digital product for one of our top tier clients. As a LT you will play a critical role in managing the delivery of projects, design and developing courses and maintaining & growing client relationships. Time management skills and the ability to bring order to an ambiguous and fluid environment is key to the role.
To succeed in this role, you will be an exceptional communicator with a reputation for building meaningful, trusting relationships with world-class clients. You will be a strategic thinker and have strong problem-solving skills. You must have 2+ years experience working in professional services and experience in a related role (e.g. Project Delivery, Consulting, Instructional Design, Learning Design).
Deliver projects on time and in budget through digital PM tools
Continuously Improve on your deliverables
Present weekly updates and monthly reports on client accounts to Client Success Managers & Account Directors
Drive improvement in delivery effectiveness and efficiency
Course Design & Development:
Theory and practice of Instructional Design: drawing on exceptional technical knowledge of Andragogy and Pedagogy to design “learning first” online and blended learning experiences grounded in cutting edge learning science
Design and develop courses using HTML and CSS styling.
Building Relationships: developing trusted and respected advisor relationships with multidisciplinary colleagues and premium clients
Knowledge of Canvas LMS will count in your favour
The bigger picture: understanding the power of platforms and tools to deliver powerful, cutting-edge digital learning experiences
The detail: working with a sharp eye for detail to drive exceptional quality levels
Support business development:
Work with Client Success Manager to identify and drive opportunities
Work with the Client Success Manager on strategic projects and improvement initiatives
You’ll need to be good at:
People/Services management, especially with a geographically spread project teams
Developing trusted client relationships
Juggling multiple projects/clients/stakeholders at a time
Maintaining sharp attention to detail
Working across multidisciplinary teams
Driving continuous improvement in the quality of products and service
Understanding of Learning Management Systems such as Canvas
